EDE457 Staff Training and Performance Management

The foci of this course include: 1) training professionals and paraprofessionals working in treatment, education, and other settings; 2) analysis of treatment and educational systems, including systems management; 3) supervision of treatment and educational staff, and in business and industry; and 4) the analysis of training and supervision interventions and their effect on consumer (client/student) outcomes and work environments.
